With a 24-year employment history spanning 3 states and a reputation for efficient designs and critical problem-solving, Cambria brings a broad perspective to the field. Possessing a keen attention to detail, her engineering skills, thorough analyses, and rapport are sought after by contractors, developers, & architects across the country and internationally. She recently stepped into the role of CEO at Canyons Structural Inc., a natural next step after 20 years of service to the company. She directs staff, drives budgets & schedules, and oversees strategic business planning. She is passionate about affordable housing initiatives, sustainable reuse of existing infrastructure, alternative building systems, and seismic-resistant design. She is devoted to her family, her colleagues, her clients, and the industry, striving for balance in each realm. She has volunteered in ASCE, SEAU, UEC, and currently serves as the National Co-Vice Chair of the NCSEA/Structural Engineering, Engagement, & Equity (SE3) Committee.
