Jacob (Jake) Ball, P.E., is the Manager of Engineering Development at BlueScope Buildings North America in Kansas City, MO. With over 15 years of experience in steel building design using both metal building (pre-engineered) and conventional steel building systems, Jake has spent the last 5 years spearheading the build of a training and development plan for his organization from the ground up. He is a member of the Education Committee and Chair of the BIM Task Group for the Metal Building Manufacturers Association and speaks at local universities and trade association meetings.
