Dr. Kenton McBride is the Director of Codes and Standards for Hilti North America. Kenton is a registered professional engineer in California and holds over a decade of experience in anchor-related testing, research, and design. He is highly active in the development of anchor-related testing and design standards. His masonry involvement includes criteria development in the Concrete and Masonry Anchor Manufacturer's Association, as well as standards development in The Masonry Society Reinforcement and Connectors committee. Kenton is active in bringing fire assessment and design topics to post-installed reinforcing bar and anchor connections through his involvement in CAMA and ACI committees, including ACI 216.
