Shani Dellimore Barrax (she/her/hers) is a strategic diversity, equity, and inclusion practitioner with more than 25 years of experience in organizational culture change and change leadership, training and development, strategic planning, and coalition building. She now serves as the principal of her consulting collective Aurora Change Agency, where she partners with organizations to create intentionally inclusive and humane cultures where those with minoritized identities experience psychological safety, belonging, and the freedom to innovate. Her consulting work includes capacity-building learning and development programs that provide opportunities for self-reflection, dialogue, and interpersonal perspective-taking.
