Julie has over 17 years of practice as a licensed professional engineer in the field of structural / civil engineering and construction and has extensive experience with forensic engagements. Julie is a voting member of NCSEA’s Existing Buildings/Structural Retrofit Code Committee, a member of FEMA’s ATC Seismic Code Support Committee, am member of ICC’s Building Code Action Committee, Chair of the Memphis and Shelby County Code Advisory Board and past president of the West Tennessee Structural Engineers Association. Julie is a regular participant at the ICC code hearings.
