Roy Denoon is Senior Principal and Vice President of CPP Wind Engineering Consultants. He has specialized in wind engineering for 30 years, working on a wide range of projects around the globe, from major sports stadia to some of the world’s tallest buildings. He co-authored the CTBUH Guide to Wind Tunnel Testing of High-Rise Buildings and was a primary author of both the ASCE Manual of Practice on Design and Performance of Tall Buildings for Wind and the ASCE Prestandard for Performance-Based Wind Design. Roy currently serves on the ASCE 7 main committee and the wind loading sub-committee as well as numerous other professional activities.
