Andrew is an Associate with Severud Associates. Andrew has gained deep experience with concrete and structural steel buildings and is particularly adept with arena projects. He was an original member of the design team for the immersive entertainment venue Sphere, in Las Vegas, Nevada, where he spent three years as the onsite structural engineer during the project’s construction. His other challenging projects include the mixed-use development 851 Avenue of the Americas, the residential building at 250 West 81st Street, the high-rise office tower One Vanderbilt Avenue, and the TSX Broadway and Palace Theater redevelopment, all in Manhattan, as well as the mixed-use Halletts Point, Building 10, in Queens.
