Jakub Valigura is a Senior Engineer at Arup’s San Francisco/Oakland office. Jakub has experience in seismic retrofit, design of new buildings, and seismic design for functional recovery. He is the past chair of SEAONC Seismology and Resilience Committees. He is a voting member of BSSC PUC Functional Recovery Task Committee, and ASCE 7 Seismic Subcommittee.
