Julie has over 17 years of practice as a licensed professional engineer in the field of structural / civil engineering and construction and has extensive experience with forensic engagements. Julie is a voting member of NCSEA’s Existing Buildings/Structural Retrofit Code Committee, a member of FEMA’s ATC Seismic Code Support Committee, Chair of the Memphis and Shelby County Code Advisory Board and past president of the West Tennessee Structural Engineers Association. Julie is a regular participant at the ICC code hearings.
