Nicole is a Principal in the Investigative Engineering group at Martin/Martin, Inc. and has more than 24 years in structural engineering. Nicole is passionate about the continued use of our built environment and helping building owners and operators maintain safe and functional buildings. She works with clients through the life of their projects - from assessment through repair design and construction. Areas of focus include historic preservation, existing building assessment and evaluation, and design of repairs, retrofit, and renovation projects.
